Water-repellent technical fabric, printing, seams and assembly follow controlled production standards. Manufacturing and workmanship defects arising under normal use are assessed under the warranty.

Lumina assurance continues while your product is working in the field.
We complement CE conformity and pre-delivery function checks with a 2-year warranty covering electronics, the blower system and internal LED lighting, while technical service and spare-part support remain available afterwards.
2-year system warranty
The blower motor, electronic system and internal LED lighting are covered for 2 years from delivery. Every product is tested for motion, lighting and overall function before dispatch.
Renewable fabric and spare parts
When a campaign or brand message changes, the fabric body can be renewed while the existing electronics, LEDs and blower system are reused. Spare parts are available when required.
Technical service and clear coverage
Technical service and repair support continue after the warranty period. Damage caused by user error, improper securing, unintended use or exceptional weather conditions is excluded from coverage.
